Return Eligibility Period
You may request a return within 14 days after the order is delivered.
Requests made after 14 days cannot be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following criteria:

Returned with secure packaging to protect the item during transit
Items that do not meet these requirements cannot be accepted for refund.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Returns will not be accepted if:

The product has visible signs of wear

The tags are removed

The item has makeup, perfume, or damage

It is sent without prior return approval
Return Shipping Cost
Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
There are no additional restocking fees.
Customers can use any reliable courier service in their country.
A trackable shipping method is strongly recommended.
Return Address (Shared After Approval)
For security and tracking purposes, the return address is not listed publicly.
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with our Turkey return address, where all international returns are processed.

Refund Process
After we receive your return in Turkey, the item will undergo a quality inspection.
If approved, your refund will be:

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for international orders.
If you want a different size or color, please return your item and place a new order.
